Terms

Last updated: November 3, 2026

These terms cover your use of sittinongold.com and our free data value calls. Sittin’ On Gold is a trade name of Media Farm LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site or booking a call, you agree to these terms.

What we do

Sittin’ On Gold is an independent referral service. We explain how data licensing works, look at whether a business’s records may meet a data buyer’s criteria, and help businesses apply with a buyer if they choose to. We are not a data buyer, and we are not affiliated with any data buyer.

Free for your business

Our calls and help are free for your business. If your business applies through us and is accepted, the data buyer may pay us a referral fee. Your business never pays us.

No promises

We can’t promise that your business will qualify, be accepted, or receive any offer or amount. Every decision is made by the buyer through its own review. Any agreement you make is between your business and the buyer, under the buyer’s own terms.

Not professional advice

Information on this site and on our calls is general information only. It is not legal, tax, accounting or privacy advice. Please talk with your own advisors before you sign any agreement or share any records.

Your records

You decide what, if anything, to share. Please don’t send us client files or confidential records. We don’t need them for the call.

Using this site

The content, logo and name on this site belong to Media Farm LLC. Please don’t copy them without permission. The site is provided “as is,” and we may change or remove it at any time.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Media Farm LLC isn’t responsible for losses that come from using this site, from relying on its general information, or from any agreement between your business and a data buyer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll change the date at the top.
