This page explains, in plain language, what information Sittin’ On Gold collects and how we use it. Sittin’ On Gold is a trade name of Media Farm LLC (“we”, “us”).

What we collect

• When you book a call. Bookings are handled by our scheduling provider, Cal.com. When you book, you give us your name, email address, company name, website, number of employees, and a short description of the kinds of records your business keeps.
• When you email us. We receive whatever you choose to include in your message.
• When you visit the site. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to keep the site running and secure. This site does not use advertising trackers.

We do not ask for client files, and we ask you not to send them to us.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule and hold the call, to answer your questions, to help you apply with a data buyer if you choose to, and to follow up about that process. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that help us run the business, such as our scheduling, email and website hosting providers.
• A data buyer, only if you choose to apply. If you decide to apply, the information you submit goes to that buyer under the buyer’s own terms and privacy policy.
• When the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and email records for as long as we need them for the purposes above, or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].

If we change this page, we’ll update the date at the top.
